Staff Software Engineer in Test, Linux

WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff Software Engineer in Test, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, scope, plan, and execute automation and test efforts. You will master, improve, and innovate upon existing tools and automation for Desktop clients and Web applications, and develop and maintain high-quality functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for Okta Verify app. You will also work closely with the Linux community and Beta programs to certify Okta Verify readiness on major and minor OS upgrades. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of product testing and test automation experience, with a strong background in C++, C#, .NET Core, and Linux desktop applications. You will also need experience working with databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, and experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of security and single sign-on concepts is also essential.
