ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Design Researcher to join our team at Twilio. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff Design Researcher, you will be responsible for leading research initiatives to inform product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions, and developing and maintaining research methodologies to ensure high-quality insights. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to craft user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving world of communications. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in human-centered design research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research insights that inform product development. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as human-computer interaction, design, or a related field, is required.
