ABOUT THE ROLE
Royal Caribbean Group is the world’s leading vacation‑industry brand, operating iconic cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises. Our Shipboard Recruiting team is expanding, and we are looking for a Sourcer – Private Destinations to join our talent acquisition function. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage and attract top talent for our private destination initiatives, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Your strategic sourcing expertise will help us stay ahead of market trends, build robust talent pipelines and support the growth of our global brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that align with the business needs of our private destinations portfolio.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of channels, including social media, niche job boards, professional networks and proprietary databases.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights and develop competitive intelligence.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Support inbound sourcing initiatives, including requisition and candidate management, and assist with recruitment marketing and event planning.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, KPIs and operational goals using tools such as Smartsheet and our ATS.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role within a global or large organization.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and strong familiarity with social media and online recruiting platforms.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent pool management and employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, flexible mindset, capable of adapting to changing priorities and driving continuous improvement.
