ABOUT THE ROLE
Pembroke School is a leading co‑educational, non‑denominational institution that offers the South Australian Certificate of Education and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme to over 1,700 students. The English Department is a vibrant, collaborative community that values intellectual curiosity, rigorous assessment, and a portfolio‑based approach to learning. As a full‑time, remote English Teacher you will play a key role in shaping the literary and linguistic development of students from Year 7 to Year 12, contributing to curriculum design and supporting a culture of high academic expectations. Your work will span Middle School conceptual threads, senior SACE English subjects, and IB Diploma Language A courses, with teaching allocations tailored to your experience and strengths.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will design and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that foster a love of learning and cultivate strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills. You will provide purposeful assessment and feedback that supports every student’s growth, using data‑driven insights to inform instruction.
