ABOUT THE ROLE Stobart, part of the Culina Group, is a leading ambient transport and logistics provider serving the UK’s most recognised consumer and retail brands. We are looking for a dedicated Shunter to join our team at the Northampton, Swan Valley depot. This full‑time, permanent position is critical to ensuring efficient trailer movements, on‑and‑off loading operations, and inter‑depot transfers in line with Stobart’s high standards of safety, quality and customer service. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will operate trailers within the depot, moving them to designated areas and delivering shunt loads between locations as instructed. You will use two‑way radios to maintain communication with all operational zones and ensure that all safety checks are completed before each movement. You will monitor and report any defects, incidents or damage immediately, and maintain the correct temperature settings for refrigerated trailers. You will also keep vehicle parking layouts tidy, report debris or safety breaches, and uphold the company’s hygiene and housekeeping standards. Your role will support the transport department
