As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our retail operations from a remote standpoint, ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional customer experience while meeting performance targets. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, enhance team engagement, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and service. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will oversee day‑to‑day store operations, stepping in to manage staff schedules, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards. You will analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets. You will coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, supply chain, and e‑commerce—to align initiatives and ensure seamless execution. You will manage cash handling, POS transactions, and store audits, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You will bring proven experience in retail leadership, having supervised teams and driven results in a fast‑paced environment. You will possess strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting sales reports and using data to inform decisions. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, inspiring confidence and motivation in your team. You will be adept with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. You will be flexible, ready to cover a 7‑day shift pattern that includes weekends and bank holidays. You will thrive in a remote setting, managing time effectively and maintaining high productivity without direct supervision.
