ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Servpro Restoration Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping families and businesses recover from setbacks and return to normalcy. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Servpro Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch restoration and repair services to our customers. This will include working on a variety of projects, from water and fire damage to mold remediation and construction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be working with a team and interacting with customers on a regular basis. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and restoration, construction, or related experience is a plus. IICRC certifications are also highly valued. You will need to be physically ready for activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working overhead, and utilizing hand tools and SERVPRO Solvents.
