Senior Product Designer, Coinbase One

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to join the Financial Services & Loyalty team within Coinbase's Consumer & Business group. As a Senior Product Designer on the Coinbase One (CB1) pillar, you will play a critical role in shaping the member experience, driving subscriber value, and reducing churn. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design of the Coinbase One (CB1) member experience, including the member home, engagement surfaces, and retention flows across mobile and web. This will involve driving the member home redesign, a high-priority initiative aimed at creating a persistent and engaging experience for our 1M+ paid subscribers. You will also be responsible for shaping the member experience, engagement, and retention flows, as well as campaign expressions that drive subscriber value and reduce churn. This will require a deep understanding of our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points, as well as a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered designs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that drive business results. You should be proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, and have a solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design.
