Senior Product Designer, AI Creative

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Product Designer, AI Creative to join our team at Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As a key member of our product design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of agentic marketing by designing powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Designer, AI Creative, you will be responsible for creating and iterating on innovative products in uncharted territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces, with a focus on B2B data or marketing products. - Collaborating with other designers, engineers, and product managers to define product details and drive product direction and prioritization. - Conducting research sessions with customers to gather insights and inform product decisions. - Developing high-fidelity solutions to user problems, with a focus on visual, UI, and interaction design. - Iterating rapidly and adapting to changing product requirements and customer needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces, with a focus on B2B data or marketing products. - A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. - Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills, with the ability to take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Figma, with experience in Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code a plus.
