ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Compensation Business Partner at Lattice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping compensation strategies that support the company's mission to build cultures where employees and companies thrive. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the global compensation programs, helping to attract, reward, and retain top talent by designing equitable and competitive pay structures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners, you will provide thoughtful compensation recommendations that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and business objectives. You will own the planning and execution of annual and off-cycle compensation programs, including market analysis, budget modeling, calibration support, and executive recommendations. You will also lead complex cross-functional compensation initiatives, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams, and leverage AI and automation to improve compensation workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including ownership of compensation programs and business partnerships. You should have experience with equity compensation, market benchmarking, and compensation modeling, as well as strong business acumen and analytical skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively, build meaningful relationships with employees at all levels, and have a deep knowledge of compensation best practices and market trends.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $133,500 - $167,000, and this position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
