Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Webflow is redefining how modern marketing teams create, manage, and optimize web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. As VP of Revenue Marketing you will be the strategic leader of the entire revenue marketing organization, owning the full pipeline from data diagnosis to campaign execution. You will partner with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and Product to ensure that every touchpoint—from demand creation to customer expansion—delivers measurable impact on pipeline, iARR, and customer lifetime value. Your influence will shape the way Webflow’s marketing engine fuels both sales‑led and partner‑led growth, while driving the next generation of AI‑powered marketing capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline and iARR targets, balancing demand creation with demand capture to achieve optimal CAC and payback across all channels. You will design and optimize the end‑to‑end funnel, from lead to MQL/PQL to SAO to closed/won, and extend that model to upsell and cross‑sell motions. You will lead the webflow.com performance strategy, collaborating with Product and Brand to refine conversion, channel optimization, and demand capture. You will build and scale a multi‑disciplinary revenue marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales‑led and partner‑led motions and fostering integrated, end‑to‑end campaigns. You will partner with Sales leadership to prioritize segments, orchestrate SDR/BDR sequencing, and develop ABM plays for mid‑market and enterprise. You will collaborate with the VP of Partnerships to define partner‑sourced pipeline targets, build tiered enablement programs, and create scalable partner plays. You will own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, re‑engagement, expansion, and advocacy, working closely with CS and Product to test journeys that improve time‑to‑value and expansion iARR. Finally, you will act as Customer Zero for Product, using Webflow internally to surface friction, prioritize product and GTM requirements, and lead the AI transformation of the revenue marketing function. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring 12–15 years of B2B SaaS revenue marketing experience, with senior leadership ownership of pipeline and ARR. You have a proven record of turning data diagnostics into strategic narratives that drive results and can defend those narratives to executive stakeholders. You excel at building trust and delivering results with new teams within the first 30–60 days, giving clear, actionable instructions rather than ambiguous requests. You possess deep expertise in demand generation, digital channel optimization, ABM, partner marketing, and lifecycle marketing, and you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment. Strong analytical skills, a data‑driven mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential. You are comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success, and you have a track record of creating integrated, high‑impact campaigns that drive predictable growth. WHY REMOTE Webflow’s remote‑first culture empowers teams to work asynchronously across time zones while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration and shared purpose. Flexible schedules allow you to balance high‑impact work with personal commitments, and a distributed workforce brings diverse perspectives that fuel innovation. The company invests in tools and processes that support seamless communication, transparent goal setting, and continuous feedback, ensuring that every team member can contribute effectively from anywhere in the United States. BENEFITS Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents. Generous paid time off and a flexible holiday policy. A remote work stipend to cover home office setup and internet. A learning and development budget to support professional growth. Participation in a company‑wide bonus program tied to financial and operational goals. Comprehensive equity options as part of the overall compensation package.
