Senior Analyst Project Support

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Project Support to join our Global Coverage Team at Cint, a pioneer in research technology (ResTech). As a Senior Analyst, you will provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring continuity of service outside regional business hours. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Analyst Project Support, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery by responding to client and internal requests, troubleshooting project-related issues, monitoring project health, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely resolution of urgent requests. You will also help maintain a seamless client experience by providing prompt communication, supporting project continuity during regional handoffs, and escalating issues when appropriate. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple online market research complex projects under tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite - Strong work ethic with self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals - Ability to communicate professionally and competently with clients - Detail-oriented and self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills and concepts - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with additional languages highly beneficial - High-speed internet connection to enable worldwide communication and business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem - Knowledge of programmatic sampling - Survey design experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc. - Market Research coursework or experience - Microsoft Excel certification WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with a competitive salary and comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth and promotion.
