Sales Development Representative, Ad Studio

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Ad Studio team at Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform. As a key player in our founding team, you will help build the outbound motion for our creative platform, enabling performance marketers to build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale. You will work closely with leadership to establish foundational processes, messaging, and strategies, and be responsible for outreach to prospective customers who fit our ideal persona. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for directly engaging with performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing ops leaders through various channels, including cold calls, text messages, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods. You will work with the growth team to research and craft messaging that resonates with our target audience, and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage with them. Your primary goal will be to establish connections with potential customers and drive interest in our platform. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly intelligent, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to connect with multiple audiences. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our platform to diverse groups of stakeholders. Experience in sales development or a related field is preferred, but not required.
