QA Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and talented QA Engineer to join our Software Development team at InEight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance. You will work closely with our development and product teams to create, execute, and validate test cases based on product requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the development and product teams to create and execute test plans, system integration testing, and documentation of testing results. - Diagnosing, tracking, and managing testing issues and defects to resolution. - Communicating testing progress, results, and other relevant information to the QA Manager. - Actively participating in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on deployed processes. - Liaising with the QA lead and other QA members to track QA tasks, engage in defect resolution, and look for automation integration. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 1-2 years of software testing experience and solid domain experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - ISTQB testing certification is considered advantageous.
