Project Manager (Customer Success)

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Manager (Customer Success) at Mediaocean, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on proactive engagement and fostering long-term relationships. You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are managed effectively while serving as a key communication hub between stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Project Manager (Customer Success), you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and action item trackers, and distribute updates to stakeholders regularly. Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to support project needs.
