WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Designer at Metabase, you'll be responsible for designing and shipping solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with engineers to bring your ideas to life, ensuring that every detail and flow is optimized for user experience. Your work will directly impact our growth, as our customers consistently choose us for our superior UX. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to be outcome-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that drive business results. You should be passionate about designing simple, elegant solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Experience working in a centralized design team is a plus, as is a strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
