Product Designer, Global

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer, Global at Stripe, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experiences of our products, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region and emerging markets. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to envision features in the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces, and partner with go-to-market teams to bring them to users. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our users and business, particularly in the fastest-growing digital economies in Asia-Pacific. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Designer, Global, your primary responsibilities will include: - Understanding user workflows and pain points, and producing, testing, and iterating on high-quality designs to solve user needs. - Partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy partners to define a north star and product experience for new features. - Prototyping user experiences for user research testing and internal communication. - Collaborating with teams across Stripe to craft a seamless dashboard user experience. - Conducting UXR to test design decisions before shipping. - Collaborating with our design systems teams to leverage and improve templates and components. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 6+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company. - Strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work. - Demonstrated skills in prototyping at high fidelity using the latest AI tools. - Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts.
