People Director
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sisal Hub Albania is a key part of Flutter, the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming group. As People Director you will be a central member of the leadership team, shaping the people strategy for the Albanian market and ensuring that our local workforce is engaged, high‑performing, and aligned with Flutter’s global standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will lead the local HR and General Services function, partnering directly with the General Manager to prioritize people initiatives that accelerate business growth. You will translate Flutter’s group people strategy into actionable plans for Albania, working closely with Corporate HR Competence Centers in Italy to maintain consistency and compliance. You will own the full HR cycle, from workforce planning and budgeting to talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor litigation, union and labor relations, and external partnerships. You will oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment, ensuring a safe, modern, and well‑run workplace. Finally, you will head the Communication team, ensuring internal and external messages reflect the brand’s identity and strategic direction.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You bring several years of experience in international, structured environments and a proven track record in start‑up settings, demonstrating agility and a results‑oriented mindset. You possess strong leadership and change‑management skills, serving as a role model and coach for both team members and stakeholders. Your ability to influence, build effective relationships, and act as a business partner is essential. You hold a degree in Economics or Humanities and are fluent in Italian and English. You are proficient in Human Capital Management software and have a data‑driven, analytical approach to people management. You demonstrate ethical integrity, proactive innovation, and a commitment to supporting and caring for employees throughout the organization.
WHY REMOTE
Our remote culture is built on asynchronous collaboration, allowing you to work across time zones while maintaining a flexible schedule that supports work‑life balance. You will have the autonomy to manage your team and projects from any location, supported by robust digital tools and a distributed leadership structure that values trust and results over physical presence.
