ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Portaria Operator to work remotely from Recife, PE. As a Portaria Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the building's access, and performing various administrative tasks. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Portaria Operator, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing excellent customer service to the public - Opening and closing the automatic gate - Verifying visitors and notifying residents of deliveries - Seeking external support when necessary - Performing other duties related to the position WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you should have: - Good communication skills - Easy access to Boa Viagem WHY REMOTE This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
