ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team at Twilio. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This will include conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for creating and managing marketing plans, budgeting, and tracking key performance indicators to measure success. Additionally, you will work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our product roadmap and sales strategies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in marketing strategy and planning, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. You should also have experience working with marketing automation tools and be proficient in data analysis and reporting.
