Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining technical documentation, training programs, and knowledge base content. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in technical support, preferably in a cloud-based or software-as-a-service environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering, is preferred. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
