You will stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements. You will proactively identify process and technical gaps, and help define and drive tech debt reduction initiatives, platform modernization efforts, and engineering efficiency improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will leverage AI-powered engineering tools such as Apex Guru, GitHub Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce/Vibes, Claude Code, and similar capabilities to improve development productivity, code quality, design effectiveness, troubleshooting, and documentation, while applying strong judgment around security, privacy, accuracy, and responsible AI usage.
