Implementation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead and execute implementation projects for Hootsuite and Talkwalker products and solutions, contributing to long-term customer success. This role requires close collaboration with the success team, leading multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment, ensuring timely and customer-aligned deliverables. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading multiple customer implementation projects with a process and outcome-oriented approach, delivering high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Discovering customer needs and executing technical and business objectives of each implementation project to drive time to value and product adoption - Identifying project risks and working with internal stakeholders to mitigate and ensure successful implementation outcomes - Designing and conducting customized training sessions for customers, both online and in-person - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Hootsuite's products, apps, services, and external partner products and services - Collaborating cross-functionally within the Implementation team and with Customer Success and Sales to optimize implementation outcomes - Demonstrating agility by performing other duties as required WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing or client management role using and implementing SaaS platforms, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience - Experience in project management is a plus - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects and deliver based on project scope and customer needs - Technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems with respect to provision work - Strong customer focus, commitment to results, collaboration and teamwork, perseverance, and open communication skills WHY REMOTE As a remote Implementation Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with our global team.
