ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at Stripe. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our employees. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees, including answering HR-related questions, resolving employee concerns, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. You will also assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
