ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an exceptional HOH (Host/Hostess) to join our team at Velvet Taco. As a HOH, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a HOH, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, including greeting customers, seating guests, and handling take-out and delivery orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and for communicating effectively with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
