Global Alliance Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Alliance Lead, a strategically important role in our Ecosystem. As the architect of our relationship with a leading technology and transformation partner, you will be responsible for driving our platform's adoption and go-to-market strategy globally. This is a senior individual contributor role that will report to the Global Head of GSI Relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Global Alliance Lead, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Relationship strategy and executive engagement: You will own the global relationship with the partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with client, practice, and delivery team leads. You will define and execute a multi-year joint strategy that positions dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the partner's enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery. - Platform integration and practitioner adoption: You will drive adoption of the dbt + Fivetran platform within the partner's delivery teams, ensuring practitioners, solution architects, and practice leads are certified, confident, and actively recommending the platform in client engagements. - Enablement and go-to-market: You will design and execute a frictionless enablement program for the partner's practitioners globally, including certifications, reference architectures, use case playbooks, and joint delivery assets. You will partner with the partner's marketing and alliances teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns anchored to open data infrastructure, trusted AI delivery, and closing the gap between AI POC and production. - Pipeline and opportunity development: You will source and develop new pipeline opportunities through the partner relationship, identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value. You will drive co-sell motions alongside the partner's account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity.
