ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Ads to join our team at Hightouch. As a pioneer in the field of Agentic Marketing, we're changing the way brands create and ship ads with AI. Our platform empowers marketers to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves, and we need a creative visionary to help us push the boundaries of what's possible. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Ads, you'll collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team to onboard enterprise marketing teams onto our Agentic Marketing Platform Ads. You'll utilize advanced prompt engineering to create high-quality, on-brand ad creatives that meet the complex guidelines of our top-tier clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients merge traditional brand guidelines with agentic AI workflows, ensuring the output maintains a high bar for taste and aesthetic quality. You'll also work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide ground-level feedback and shape the future roadmap of our AI Decisioning and creative generation tools. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a portfolio that showcases your exceptional creative abilities, particularly in the use of AI in advertising. You should have deep fluency in AI, with a strong understanding of the latest image and video models and how to push them past their defaults to achieve a specific look. Your experience working with sophisticated marketing teams will be essential in navigating brand reviews, legal, and the politics of getting work approved. You'll also need a strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to balance creative and business goals.
