Executive Support Senior Program Manager, Tech Advisor

ABOUT THE ROLE Anthropic is seeking an Executive Support Senior Program Manager, Tech Advisor to oversee the technical needs that support executives beyond the office. This position reports to the Protective Services Lead and operates at the intersection of physical security technology, program delivery, and vendor management. The role focuses on the personal and residential security systems that protect executives and their families wherever they are. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own the design, integration, and lifecycle management of residential security systems—including cameras, alarms, access control, and sensor networks—aligned with the standards set by the Protective Services Lead. You will also design and harden home networks for executive residences and travel, coordinating with corporate IT and InfoSec where applicable. The role includes managing travel security technology such as secure communications provisioning, single‑use travel hardware, and rapid‑deployment kits for new or temporary properties. You will handle vendor relationships and contracts for the residential and personal technology stack, installers, monitoring providers, and communications providers within the governance framework established by the Protective Services Lead. Additionally, you will maintain system health monitoring, managed maintenance, and as‑built documentation for technology deployed outside the enterprise perimeter, and oversee decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change. Acting as the first point of contact, you will triage executive and family requests involving personal technology and security systems, resolving issues directly when possible and escalating to the Protective Services Lead for broader strategy decisions. You will also contribute audit‑ready documentation to support regulatory, customer, and partner diligence requests. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You should bring hands‑on experience with physical security technology in residential, travel, or personal‑protection contexts, not limited to corporate systems. Solid program management experience delivering security technology, including vendor relationships, rapid deployments, and documentation, is required. Experience building security technology capabilities from scratch in a high‑growth environment, managing vendor lifecycles, and writing clear documentation for diverse audiences is essential. Comfort operating with moderate ambiguity and the ability to discern when decisions fall within your scope versus those requiring broader strategy are important. A strong alignment with Anthropic’s mission and an understanding of the unique security considerations of frontier AI systems are expected. Strong candidates may also have: - Over ten years of experience delivering physical security technology programs. - Direct experience with residential or executive‑protection‑adjacent technology deployments. - Experience at an AI‑focused organization, frontier technology company, or similar high‑growth, high‑scrutiny environment. - Experience managing distributed vendor networks across multiple properties or regions. WHY REMOTE This role is fully remote, allowing you to support executives wherever they are while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy required for program execution and vendor management. BENEFITS Annual salary range: $245,000 – $305,000 USD. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
