Equipment Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our team at Peloton. As an Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our hospitality business by installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial and residential beverage equipment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Equipment Technician, your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial and residential beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. - Diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining accurate service records. - Providing exceptional customer service, resolving equipment issues, and training customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment. - Installing plumbing and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards. - Maintaining parts inventory and job updates, and assisting with warehouse organization and inventory counts. - Responding to scheduled after-hours and weekend service calls. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Technical certification or equivalent qualification. - 2-3 years' experience servicing and repairing equipment. - Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - A valid driver's license. - Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
