ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of world-class dining concepts across multiple international markets. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a highly accomplished hospitality professional with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury venues. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality concepts, ensuring operational excellence and consistency. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving business performance through effective financial management, budgeting, and commercial decision-making - Developing, mentoring, and inspiring senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of excellence - Ensuring exceptional guest experience standards are maintained across all locations - Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives - Working closely with executive leadership to support business growth and future expansion - Ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant health and safety regulations WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within luxury hospitality - Strong background overseeing high-end dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations - Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams - Commercially minded with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence - Willingness to travel internationally as required - Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE (relocation will be provided by the company) WHY REMOTE This role is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being part of a leading international hospitality entity.
