ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a talented Designer to join our team at Asana, a company dedicated to designing the future of teamwork. As a Designer, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining how teams get work done in a more efficient, effective, and delightful way. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Designer, you'll lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build, and ship solutions. You'll champion product excellence, elevate the quality bar for our experience, and contribute to our design system. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications - Facilitating and role-modeling human-centered problem-solving, fostering co-creation across the organization - Learning new methods to solve complex problems and inventing new ways to deliver customer benefits - Helping shape a product that is intuitive and elegant, speaking from a unified voice WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 5+ years of experience in product design - A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design work - Skilled in driving a human-centered design process, clearly communicating design work with solid rationale informed by research and data - Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications - A creative problem-solver with a growth mindset, embodying openness, curiosity, and customer-centricity WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous compensation system, contract of employment, health insurance, and career growth budget. The actual base salary will vary based on individual qualifications and market factors.
