Customer Success Specialist II

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Success Specialist to join Coinbase's Premium Support team within Customer Experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and serving as a subject matter expert for our products. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for: - Serving as a subject matter expert for Coinbase's products, providing in-depth knowledge and support to customers - Delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and product education - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement - Analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product development and customer success initiatives WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A strong understanding of Coinbase's products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines WHY REMOTE Coinbase is a remote-first company, with quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges" where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your team in person.
