Customer Success Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Hightouch is a rapidly growing marketing platform that empowers teams to build and ship end‑to‑end campaigns using a composable customer data platform. The Customer Success Engineer will be the technical bridge between the product and our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of SaaS integrations such as CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will provide technical support to users via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email, interpreting API documentation and guiding customers through data‑driven workflows. The position offers broad exposure across the organization, collaborating closely with Solutions Architects, Engineers, Marketing, and Operations. As a startup, you will wear multiple hats, drive initiatives, ask insightful questions, and challenge the status quo to improve the customer experience. Your contributions will directly influence the journey of every user, helping Hightouch maintain its promise of exceptional service. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A minimum of two years in a customer‑facing technical role. - A technical background, either through experience or education. - Proficiency in SQL or a willingness to learn both foundational and advanced concepts. - Strong discovery, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Fluency in French or German. - Adaptability to a constantly evolving work environment. - A solid understanding of the technology industry and its key players.
