Caretaker

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and reliable Caretaker to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to our clients by Equans at various locations. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with schedules and standards. This will include undertaking a range of planned maintenance tasks at specified frequencies, logging jobs that arise while on site, and monitoring and taking action on allocated jobs. You will also be required to maintain a high level of customer service and interact positively with clients. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you must undergo BPSS level vetting, which includes DBS clearance. You will need to be able to pass this process.
