Caretaker

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Equans. As a Caretaker, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of services to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority at our PFI Estate. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Caretaker, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely completion of tasks in accordance with schedules and standards. You will undertake a range of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks at specified frequencies and log any jobs that arise while on site. You will also be responsible for monitoring and taking action on allocated jobs, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you must undergo Basic Pre-Employment Security Screening (BPSS) level vetting, including DBS clearance. You will be required to pass this vetting process. WHY REMOTE This role is not a remote position.
