Business Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our Sales & Business Development team at Arrive, a global company transforming urban mobility. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our global commercial operations through market intelligence, data analysis, and AI-driven insights. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer performance, and mobility industry insights. You will also research competitors and market developments using modern AI tools, support Account Managers with commercial insights and growth opportunities, and monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing, and revenue forecasts. Additionally, you will analyze transaction data across parking, charging, fuel, and tolling products, improve CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility, and produce regular commercial reporting to support business decisions. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience interpreting large datasets. You should have experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve research, reporting, and workflows. A background in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar analytical role is also essential. You should be proficient in Excel and have experience working with CRM platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to business stakeholders, are also required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
