WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate, Financial Services Partnerships, you'll be responsible for owning day-to-day operational management of card issuing and payment network partner relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact for ongoing partnership needs. You'll coordinate cross-functional workflows across legal, compliance, product, marketing, and finance to support partnership launches and ongoing execution, prepare briefings, materials, and summaries for partner meetings, business reviews, and internal stakeholder updates, and surface data-driven insights to improve partner performance and inform strategic recommendations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations, with exposure to fintech, payments, or card products. You'll also need proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with minimal oversight. Demonstrated analytical capability, including working with data to track performance, evaluate partnership economics, and develop actionable recommendations, is also essential. Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (legal, product, finance) to drive project execution from kickoff through launch is necessary. Familiarity with contract management processes, including tracking deliverables, renewal timelines, and partner agreement terms, is also required. Utilizing generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality, is also a requirement. WHY REMOTE Coinbase is a remote-first company, with quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges" to bring teams together. This role will be based remotely, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the globe. BENEFITS Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The annual base salary range for this role is $151,240 - $159,200 USD.
