ABOUT THE ROLE
Figma is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure to partner with our Infrastructure team and drive Figma's most important cross-company engineering efforts. As a TPM, you will provide oversight of critical projects requiring coordinated technical execution across the organization to succeed. This role is focused on enabling Figma's infrastructure teams to scale, improve performance, and deliver on critical projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure, you will lead the execution, coordination, and risk management of Figma's infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration with minimal performance impact. You will drive key infrastructure initiatives, including reliability, storage, distributed systems, cloud-native performance improvements, and compliance programs. You will partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery. Additionally, you will track program milestones, provide regular updates to executive leadership and internal teams, and develop best practices in infrastructure program management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure TPM or related roles, with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or similar). You will require deep technical expertise across infrastructure components, including storage, caching, search, and event-driven systems. You will also need a track record of driving large-scale infrastructure programs and strong cross-functional program management skills.
