ABOUT THE ROLE Lemon.io is partnering with a leading B2B service provider in Cyprus that designs and manages technology and operational solutions for online businesses. As a Senior QA Engineer you will be the guardian of quality across the product lifecycle, ensuring that every feature delivered meets the highest standards of reliability and user experience. Your work will directly influence the success of the client’s platform, driving confidence for startups that rely on their services. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans for both manual and automated testing. - Lead the creation and execution of automated test suites using Cypress, Playwright or Selenium, and continuously improve test coverage. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define acceptance criteria and troubleshoot defects in a fast‑paced environment. - Mentor junior QA staff and champion best practices for test automation and quality metrics. - Conduct exploratory testing, identify risk areas, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. - Manage test data, environments, and integration with tools such as BrowserStack and TestRail to support cross‑browser and cross‑platform validation. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A minimum of three years’ experience in automation testing and two years in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality releases. - Hands‑on expertise with Cypress, Playwright or Selenium, and a willingness to deepen knowledge in new frameworks as needed. - Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into robust test cases. - Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across distributed teams. - Demonstrated organizational skills and the capacity to work independently, managing priorities without direct supervision. - A proactive mindset, strong ownership of tasks, and a collaborative attitude that encourages constructive dialogue and continuous improvement.
