Success Engineer (EU)

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly technical Success Engineer to join our global team at Metabase. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers get the most out of our data analytics platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Success Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, providing expert guidance and advice on how to get the most out of Metabase. You will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and data analysts to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and share best practices. Your passion for data and ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable in helping our customers achieve their goals. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience working with data analytics tools and technologies. You should be highly skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
