ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our office as needed. The successful candidate must be based in India.
The Staff Software Engineer will be pivotal to our company's success, playing a key role in our fast-growing and high-performing team in India. We are looking for experienced engineers who can help realize our vision with their passion and proven track record of excellence and innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for shaping future-proof interfaces, brainstorming with cross-functional partners to conceptualize and build new features, producing high-quality results, debugging production issues, and improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in building distributed systems or platform infrastructure designed for high-scale, data-intensive workloads. You will also need expert-level proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language and familiarity with infrastructure tooling, service frameworks, and observability platforms.
Additionally, you will need demonstrated experience working with cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, serverless architectures, and managed services. You will also need proven experience with distributed data infrastructure, including message queues, caching systems, database optimization, and building resilient, fault-tolerant architectures.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed.
