Staff Backend Engineer - Grafana App Platform | Sweden | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Staff Backend Engineer to join our team at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Grafana App Platform. With a strong background in SaaS platforms at scale, you will help us transform Grafana into a proper observability app platform where OSS and proprietary apps can directly tap into dashboards, alerts, incidents, and telemetry. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend infrastructure to support the growth of our Cloud / Grafana-as-a-service business. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of our platform. Your expertise will be essential in building a solid platform for our opinionated Cloud apps, enabling us to deliver even more integrated experiences to our customers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - Significant experience with SaaS platforms at scale - Strong knowledge of backend infrastructure and architecture - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go - Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or GCP - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment WHY REMOTE At Grafana Labs, we are a 100% remote company with a global culture, united by a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.
