Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management | UK | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Staff AI Product Analyst to join our growing Product Analytics team at Grafana Labs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to our AI organization, supporting teams building Grafana Assistant, Investigations, and AI observability solutions. You will shape how the AI team measures success by defining KPIs, improving measurement practices, guiding experiment design and evaluation, and translating data into recommendations that influence product decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff AI Product Analyst, you will partner cross-functionally across Product to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap planning. You will define how success is measured for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes. You will guide the instrumentation of product data in collaboration with our Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows. You will design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions. Additionally, you will develop dbt models to transform and test our user behavior data in partnership with our Analytics Engineering team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will have experience partnering across product and engineering organizations, and familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks. You will have experience defining and tracking success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows. You will be proficient in SQL, data visualization, and dbt modeling. You will also have experience using AI-assisted coding tools and excellent communication skills. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
