As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Security (Enterprise Identity & Access) at Cloudflare, you will play a key role in helping secure both the company and its customers. This role sits at the cross-section of engineering, security, and business, and requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic security programs. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM), you will be responsible for discovering, defining, and driving the execution of workforce access programs that ensure the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team to drive programs across workforce IAM and identity governance and administration (IGA) - Driving adoption and maturity of access management tooling to advance least-privilege, just-in-time access, and self-service request and approval workflows at scale - Leading the program to restrict access to the IL4 environment, partnering with Security, Legal/Compliance, and infrastructure teams to define eligibility, remediate abnormal access, and stand up sustainable controls and evidence to keep compliant - Connecting with stakeholders through expert communication and diplomacy to maintain alignment and encourage collaboration - Building automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at scale - Utilizing AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into unified roadmaps, generating initial metrics, status updates, and executive reporting dashboards - Supporting the long-term program roadmap planning, managing project updates aligned with the roadmap, and reporting on project-level OKRs - Navigating high-ambiguity environments and shifting priorities by pairing sound judgment with AI insights to implement proactive risk-mitigation frameworks - Identifying stakeholders and driving alignment, including dependency identification and tracking - Managing change to scope, timeline, key results/outcomes, and budget - Maintaining a project management framework using milestones, communication plans, decision logs, issues, risks, etc. - Balancing the focus on long-term vision and roadmap versus addressing high-risk tactical security issues WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 8+ years of experience in technical program management and a desire for continuous improvement - Experience in cybersecurity or security program management in a technical, fast-moving environment - Working knowledge of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, role-based access control, least privilege, and identity governance and administration (IGA), including access reviews and certifications - BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Proven track record of creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with predictability - Proven track record of effective communication at various levels, including executive level - Hands-on experience or a strong competency in leveraging AI productivity tools and development platforms to automate routine program administration, with rigorous human-in-the-loop review of AI output - Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity - Proven ability to forge and sustain effective partnerships internally and externally
