Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our Integration team at Zuora. As a tech lead, you will play a critical role in building out the interfaces needed to provide a seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and design integration interfaces, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and leading the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of integration solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including external partners, to analyze and design integration interfaces with other enterprise applications, considering performance, data quality, and security.
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to recommend innovative solutions.
- Leading the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of integration solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
- Managing multiple integration projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with global remote teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, including Process Integration, Process Orchestration, and Cloud Platform Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Deep understanding of Web Services and APIs.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with global, remote teams to complete execution activities.
