Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect, Global Services

ABOUT THE ROLE Klaviyo is seeking a Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, requiring a strong technical problem solver who can quickly turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect, you will build AI-powered solutions that solve both creative and operational challenges. Your work will span accelerating content creation, enabling smarter learning experiences, connecting internal data sources, and automating workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making. You will also help teams use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean more effectively by building skills, prompts, and AI workflows that are reliable, reusable, and aligned to real business needs. You will be responsible for program strategy and discovery, technical prototyping and productization, and enablement and AI literacy. This includes partnering with Services leaders to identify high-impact areas that could benefit from AI or automation, prioritizing opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact, translating ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones, building AI-powered prototypes and workflows, designing and connecting AI systems, developing effective prompts and skills, and evaluating and iterating on AI solutions. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to be a systems thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving business problems with AI. You will have experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations. You will also be a strong communicator who can translate technical concepts, create clear documentation, and enable others to adopt AI effectively. BENEFITS Klaviyo offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location.
