Software Engineer – RBI

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our RBI (Remote Browser Isolation) team at Cato Networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building a new SaaS product from scratch to production and solving architectural and engineering challenges. You will be building highly scalable solutions, providing infrastructure and value to a new asset management product. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Software Engineer on our RBI team, you will be responsible for developing a new SaaS product from scratch to production, defining specifications, architecture, and other technical areas of the project. Your tasks will include: - Developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from processing large-scale data to building backend services that power web interfaces - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Product Management, Research, SOC and NOC services, and Automation teams - Designing and implementing enterprise platform solutions - Researching new technologies and adapting them for use within the company's products - Collaborating with multiple development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions - Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of backend development experience, with expertise in Java, Go, Play Framework, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and other relevant technologies - Experience with Chromium and video streaming technologies - Familiarity with AWS technologies - Experience building and operating high-scale SaaS microservices in production - Experience testing services using continuous integration methodologies - A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from a recognized university or equivalent experience - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team WHY REMOTE As a remote worker at Cato Networks, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
