ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at JFrog, a leading provider of DevOps solutions for the world's greatest companies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of software development and delivery. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Software Engineer at JFrog, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end development lifecycle of our rapidly scaling, cloud-based product. This will involve engineering high-performance, testable, and scalable distributed systems using Go and Vue, driving product innovation by proposing and implementing advanced functionalities, and spearheading complex feature development. You will also champion technical excellence by writing clean, maintainable code and adhering to rigorous industry coding standards. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of 3+ years designing and developing robust backend systems, specializing in micro-services and containerization technologies. You will also need experience in the architectural design of modern web applications and scalable APIs, as well as experience with large-scale production environments. Additionally, you will need demonstrated AI-centric engineering proficiency, requiring expertise in delivering production features leveraging AI-native coding platforms, building and adapting MCPs and AI Skills, and implementing and integrating agentic AI capabilities into production systems and user-facing experiences. You will also need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from one of the leading universities and strong communication and collaboration skills.
