ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our Momentum team under the International Growth area at Duolingo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and shipping features that drive user growth and deliver high-quality learning experiences to millions of learners worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an iOS Software Engineer II, you will collaborate with product managers and designers to create engaging experiences for users. Your responsibilities will include developing, releasing, and maintaining native iOS applications primarily in Swift. You will also contribute to code reviews and collaborate across teams to ensure quality and scalability. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. You should have a solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of experience programming in Swift and a dedication to our mission of universally available education.
