Software Engineer, AI Agents

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a product-minded AI engineer to join Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage AI and machine learning to drive business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this senior role, you'll be responsible for rapidly prototyping and architecting production LLM pipelines, making key decisions about AI architecture and frameworks, and building production data agents that can seamlessly answer analytics and data science questions about users and marketing efforts. You'll also develop a deep understanding of user workflows to create seamless AI-assisted user experiences. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical skills, particularly in backend architecture, and product intuition. While prior experience with LLMs and AI is not required, you'll need to be intellectually curious and motivated to explore the forefront of AI. We're looking for talented individuals who can think creatively and architect complex systems. WHY REMOTE Hightouch is a remote-first company, and this role is location independent. We're committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive. BENEFITS The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $400,000 USD per year. We also participate in E-Verify, a program that verifies an employee's eligibility to work in the U.S. after they join the team.
